We use Jira Ops for turning emails into tickets and it is working fine. However, we have created a new form which sends emails to Jira Ops address. These emails are not visible anywhere. Are there some steps which I can follow to make sure these emails are not stuck somewhere in the "spam folder"?

Basicamente tenho o servidesk jira e as mensagens que vão para spam da caixa de entrada da do e-mail (gmail), não cria uma ticket. Nem todos são spam, acredito que deveria ter uma caixa de visualização de mensagens de spam.
