Currently, we are using the sync key as a label in Jira and it is overloading our labels in our incident management project. What we are wondering is if this may be causing perfomance issues, becuase our Jira instance is very slow. Is there a better way? Is anyone doing it this way? If so, is your Jira cloud instance slow as well? Thanks in advance.
