It seems like your issue type was deleted from the cloud,  If you have already migrated some projects into this cloud, could you please compare your server and cloud issue types?

I work with @Dilan Weerasinghe & @Hedieh Jamshidian and we're pleased to let you know that we have a for you that will be in the next release of the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant.

The fix will enable you to re-migrate issue types you may have deleted in-between migrations. The Jira Cloud Migration assistant will no longer throw an error in this situation, it will just proceed to re-migrate the issue type again so that the projects you have selected will have a better chance of migrating again. 

There are a number of data objects that we are also working on to provide the same feature, most notably the next object type will be custom fields. If you are interested in this and support for other data objects please watch / vote /comment on this ticket for progress - MIG-163 Better handling of deleted objects with Jira Cloud Migration Assistant

@Narni Prasad - actually you don't need to download the latest version of the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant.

The improvements I just detailed above are already released on the cloud side of the "migration bridge" and so all Jira Cloud Migration Assistant users are already able to benefit from this.
