workflow diagram not the same as text steps

When I look at the diagram it shows the diagram of a different workflow.  When I look at the same workflow in the Text mode it shows the correct steps.  What caused it to be out of sync?  How can I correct this problem?

I've seen this happen a couple of times, when using multiple tabs to look at a range of workflows.  I'm not sure it's quite what you're getting, but the cases I've seen it boiled down to:

• Open workflow 1 in tab 1
• Open workflow 2 in tab 2
• Make some changes to workflow 2 in tab 2
• Wander off to make some tea
• Log back into computer and JIRA
• Go back to tab 1 and swap from diagram to text
• Result: tab 1 now has the text for workflow 2

Do you get something similar?  Are your symptoms the same?  Are you sure the workflows are different too?  I found clearing the cookies stopped this for ages, but it did repeat eventually.
