We were looking for a JIRA plugin to implement an SLA and we found that Time to SLA is exactly what we are looking for but unfortunately it is not supported under JIRA 7, so what should we do?
All you can do is hope the vendor updates it soon.
Or take a look at JIRA Service Desk, as that does SLAs as well.
