when i first install jira how can i create admin for that

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Getting started as a project administrator

hi I have installed JIRA as local host in my machine now I want to create admin in that how can that be done . please respond asap.

While setting up JIRA you created a admin user. Probably called Admin. Login with that user and it's respective password, goto COG->User management-> and create a user here. The add the user to jira-administrators and you have a new admin user. Good luck!!
