what happens if an email account that is not added to jira raise a request

Raman Sagar October 13, 2016

I configured my JIRA's Customer Permissions (Who can raise requests?) to Customers who are added to the project.

But I want to know what if somebody who isn't added to the project has raised a request? Do we have any logs to find out what happened to that email?

You can check the logs by following these steps:
  1. Login with a JIRA Administrator account.
  2. Click on the Cog icon from the top right corner > Applications.
  3. Click on Email Requests on the left menu, under JIRA Service Desk section.
  4. Click on View Log on the right side.
  5. Click on Processing log.

Hope it helps.
