what does the error "resource limit violation" mean and how can I solve this issue?

I have been using Portfolio for a while and it's the first time I get this error.  I have my teams setup and I have all the necessary skills to complete the story.  I can build the plan but when I assign the team the row is pink and it won't allow me to assign the team.

I searched and couldn't find any information about this error.

Not sure if this is an issue in Portfolio 2.0, but I have the fix for the legacy version

Drove me crazy all day and just figured it out.

Under: Plan > Configure > Planning > Scheduling

Scroll all the way down to: "Maximum resources"

Increase the number of resources to the maximum you want to have collaborating on them at the same time.
