what are default Custom fields in JIRA?Can we edit it ,if we edit it any impact is there on field

how or where can we know the default custom fields in Jira?How many are there(default)

and how can we identify whether it is a default custom field or user created field in JIRA 6.4 or 7

ex:Description,Summary,Priority......etc

None.  JIRA doesn't create any custom fields.

Service Desk and Software create some.

It has "system" fields, which is a fixed list, which you can get from https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/what-is-an-issue-270829373.html - but be warned, some of these are not really "fields" as most people think of them.  Issue type, Project, Key, links, watchers etc are structural artefacts, Status is not a field, it's an indicator of a process, and although "resolution" is a field, it's not one you can hide/remove and ignore.
