update billing contact information

Hi,

I just want to update the billing contact information, where the person who entered the details has left the organization, & the card details was used here is of my BOSS.

is it mandatory to update billing information details of the card owner? or need to update Administration person details.

Kindly suggest.

You need to talk to support about this. They will be able to help you better, this is the Atlassian user community forum so we can't really do much about it. Start a case on support.atlassian.com
