One way to isolate whether it's the client try the same call with curl and see if you get the same behavior. You may also want to try the request with a program like Postman to isolate even further.
im getting the proper information in normal way like postman.But when iam trying with the jenkins,iam not able to connect the jira.iam using jira-issue updater plugin.
