ticket re-assignment


We have a user who is leaving the company, how can tickets created under such user be re-assigned to another current user?

Hi Ross,

Go to Issues -> Search for issues and type JQL:

assignee = olduser

Then do the bulk change for found issues: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/editing-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time-776997757.html. In the wizard you will need to select "Edit Issues" and then set Change Assignee.
