since past wednesday (04/01/2017) our subscriptions are not being sent.
it looks JIRA generates them, as the timestamps are correct, but no email is sent.
if we force it, by running it manually, they are sent without any problems.
anyone having the same issue?
We raised a support request for them to deal with it, as it's Cloud. Debugging mail needs access to logs and settings which you don't get on Cloud, they have to deal with it. They poked it, it started working, we don't know what the problem or fix were.
