We would like to offer our clients a standard worklog report electronical within JIRA servicedesk or within the servicedesk portal .
As far as i have seen, i can not add worklog information in the servicedesk reports of JIRA.
Are there other ways to let out customers now, on which issues we have worked with some detail information from each work log (e.g. activity type).
For us, it is very important, that our customers can view their reports electronical without the need for us to create a excel or pdf.
