show subtasks

Hi All

Fist time when I create sub tasks I need to go to more->Create Sub-Tasks option. Subsequently I can just click on + button sub-tasks lines.

Is it possible to show subtasks line + button on parent task when the issue is first created.

specifically I would like the following line(image) to be shown when the issue is created itself, not after the first sub-task is created.

Not without hacking in some code. 

I'd like to see the option for "add subtask" to be directly on the screen too, rather than buried in a menu, although I'm not sure I'd want to see the whole subtask section on issues that don't have them.
