shared SEN number and license information

hi,

i know SEN is essential for raising a ticket.

Questions-

1) We have JIRA server 6.4+JIRA Agile. they both share the same SEN number.

we renewed our JIRA licenses but now i notice it didn't renew agile licenses.

when we renewed our JIRA licenses last week - it says license type is "JIRA Software"

can i use the same license key to renew JIRA agile ?

2) can we use the same JIRA 6.4 +Agile licence key when we upgrade to JIRA software7.3. we plan on ths upgrade next week.?

Hi Shilpini,

With JIRA 7 JIRA Software began to include Agile so the Software license can be used to licences JIRA Software and Agile.  Once you upgrade you'll no longer need to license Agile separately.

Say hello to JIRA Software and JIRA Service Desk discusses these changes further.

Thats ok.  You can you use the JIRA Software license to license Agile in 6.x as well.  That will get you through until the upgrade period and you should be set!
