search one value in multiple fields

Is there an easier way to search for one value in multiple fields than using a bunch of ORs with each field, kind of like the IN functionality, but in reverse?

Edit: The fields are custom fields of non-text type containing numeric IDs.

For Text fields you can use "Text" keyword in JQL to search across all the text fields.
