requests page show onlly one ticket

Hi,

I have a permission problem on my support desk JIRA project.

If I go on Requests page I can see only one ticket and even the administrator.

And if a user create a ticket and he share the URL with another collegue, he cannot see it

Please could you help me?

On the requests page you can only see the requests that you have created, or requests where you have been added as a request participant.

So, if one user creates a request and gives the URL for that request to a colleague, then it is by design that the colleague will NOT be able to see the request. The colleague must be a request participant first.
