"Tempo" missing from top menu system

Within the past 48 hrs, I no longer have the "Tempo" menu at the to top of my JIRA instance. My Tempo license shows all current in my add-on information

Hi Adam,

Can you please confirm that you have the Tempo Time Tracking permission https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/CORE020/Tempo+Time+Tracking?

If you do have the Tempo Time Tracking permission and you're operating on a cloud instance, can you please contact Atlassian Support and ask them to restart your instance https://support.atlassian.com?

If you need any further assistance you can submit a support request through Tempo Support channel https://tempo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
