"Configure" leads to 404 Not Found

I've just installed LiveChat for Jira, but I can't configure it:

What is the address of the config page?

Hi,

I installed the plugin and this is what i get.

  • Is the plugin enabled correctly?
  • Can you disable it and then enable it again? 
  • Reindex JIRA
  • Check the logs if any relevant information shows up.

 

  • The module is enabled correctly. 12 of 12 modules enabled.
  • disable / reenable did not help
  • reindexing did not help
  • logs shows a wiring error:
