First time installation of the JIRA "All-In-One Tableau Connector for Cloud."  Do the boxes for "Service Provider Name", "Consumer Key", "Shared Secret", "Request Token URL", "Access Token URL", and "Authorize URL" need to be completed? If so with what? The directions leave these fields blank.

That's unfortunate, if true, since JIRA says it's a supported product and they are charging for it.
