"All-In-One Tableau Connector for Cloud" Set Up

First time installation of the JIRA "All-In-One Tableau Connector for Cloud."  Do the boxes for "Service Provider Name", "Consumer Key", "Shared Secret", "Request Token URL", "Access Token URL", and "Authorize URL" need to be completed? If so with what? The directions leave these fields blank.

it's better to take support from Addon provider.

That's unfortunate, if true, since JIRA says it's a supported product and they are charging for it.

It is supported by the vendor, not Atlassian. You are paying the vendor for the product. Contact the vendor.
