We always use your JIRA application, & have some questions.
In the case we want to join the ticket and another ticket, how do we manipulate?
in detail, what I want to know,
1. we add the ticket some comments.
2. Automatically, these comments are added to another ticket that we want to add.
3. If it's possible, one JIRA APP & another JIRA APP 's comments link each other.
(in other words, when we update the ticket on one JIRA APP, automatically these comments are updated to another JIRA)
Is this possible?
please tell me the detail.
