Could you suggest a best way to plan and track time of multiple people for a single card? For example we have a Story card to add a feature XYZ. This will involve 3 people: 10 hours of product design, 20 hours of dev time and 5 hours of testing.
We would to be able to see work load of individual team members so we can better visibility of individual work load and better plan development efforts.
