Just wondering how to group tasks based on individual users in one task board?

You could also use swimlanes, one for each user

What do you mean by grouping task in the board? Do you want them to appear in different sections? If you have multiple filters in one board, it will appear on sections. Try that to see wat i mean.

Also, try using sub-tasks. They will appear right below the stories.
