Yes, I've just made a point that your question is not really answerable because there's lots of things to look at. And, any answer I give becomes wrong the second Atlassian make a new release, which might be shortly after I click "save"
However. There are only really two answers that matter.
If you use Atlassian Cloud - you don't care about the latest version, you're on it.
If you use Atlassian Server products - see https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/core for the base product
