jira not starting

Hello, 

after restart JIRA not started 

I think that because subversion plugin

catalina.out:JIRA 6.3.15 build: 6346 started. You can now access JIRA through your web browser.
catalina.out:2017-03-07 17:53:58,327 localhost-startStop-1 ERROR [revisions.scheduling.clustersafe.SchedulerLauncher] Unexpected error when starting JIRA SVN plugin.

 

I followed the instructions https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-resolve-jira-subversion-plugin-errors-after-an-upgrade-282169493.html, but it's not helped

I also think that this is because on SVN plugin. You could try to uninstall it according to this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/UPM/Uninstalling+add-ons
