is there way now to export jira issues in excel format ?, we use jira cloud version

after new feature release in JIRA http://blogs.atlassian.com/2016/08/4-features-asked-jira-software/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=jira-software_server-q1-fy17-7-2

i am finding difficulties in doing my documentation in jira, when i export in `export excel csv` format, and open the same in excel the fields does not retain in order.

csv format does not pull the jira in order format (like A, B, C, D) it pulls in jumbled format

example

jira filter : https://sprinklr.atlassian.net/issues/?filter=26173

in this filter the order starts from Issue type, key, summary, components....etc and also i dont see hyperlink for the JIRA tickets in csv format, all these are directing me to do extra works.

the before excel export format was very easy to get my JIRA reports done....

is there a way i can get my problem resolved ??????

I have had better luck using the HTML export. Download the file then open it with excel and re-save. I think you'll find this version looks more like what you expect.
