Is there any way or filter to identify the number of tickets reopen?
Depends on your workflow and how you do "reopen" in it. If you're using the default workflow, then it's simple - "status = reopened".
If you're not using that, or something similar, you're going to need to explain how you define "reopen" in your system so we can help you report on it.
