how to create dashboard with reports present in 'scrum board' and worklog report

Am using  Jira Server Version 7.1.13

1. I am able to see the following charts in scrum board :

   Burndown Chart
   Control Chart

   Velocity Chart
   Cumulative Chart

This is not available in dashboard

Also worklog report is not available as part . .How to get this

Is it possible to make users subscribe to the board

2. Am able to see the following in dashboard:

Agile velocity chart
Sprint health gadget
Sprint burndown gadget
Agile weekly chart

How to subscribe to this or send an email every monday at 10:00 am

Also they dont have query option So indirect subscription not possible

Dependency

Planning board

Burnup and Burndown

Velocity

It also has a lot of built-in charts and gauges that can report off of key metrics like story points per sprint.  Or like story points per sprint per fixVersion etc.
