how to change project assigneeType

Hello,

When I query for a particular project http://praveenbalineni.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/project/10300 I am getting 

"assigneeType": "UNASSIGNED", what I need to do to change this value.

How can I change this from UI?

Just change it from this URL:

I think It's under "The cogwheel" (top right corner symbol) ->Projects -> The project name -> Roles (in the left menu) -> Edit defaults.
