how do I clone issues in an epic

If you want to clone all of the Issues that have an Epic Link to a particular Epic, you most likely will have to do it manually one by one using the menu options on the row of those linked issues. 

What I mean is, if you're on the Epic's details page and you see the list table of it's Epic Linked Issues, on the right of each row you'll be able to click the menu dropdown button to select Clone and clone each of those issues one by one. 

Alternatively, you can open up the Issue Navigator, add the Epic Link filter field through the More dropdown and then select your Epic(s) to filter on and you'll get a long list of all of the combined Epic Linked Issues.  You'll still have to clone these one by one however as there do not appear to be any Bulk - Clone options available from the Bulk change functionality
