how can I have "Attachement" confluence feature in JiraCore ? Edited

Hello,

I have interesting feature on Confluence : Attachement

so I can upload new versions for a document, etc.

how can I have same feature in JiraCore ?

I m not asking how attach file, but how have the whole attachement feature incliding version management, etc.

Hi,

Is not possible out of the box you will need an addon like Smartattachment.
