find scenarios where sub-task has failed

I'm using JIRA to manage test scenarios. Since we are taking a firm position that there are no "partial passes," we have set a standard that no (parent) scenario should pass unless all of its sub-tasks have passed. To confirm adherence to this principle, is there a way to run an audit report that would display cases where

a) parent scenario is in passed status but

b) sub-task(s) is/are in failed (or != passed) status

Apologies if I have overlooked something obvious that would solve this problem.

Thanks for your help with this.

You will need an additional addon that provides appropriate JQL functions. Please check this thread: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/43298
