disable workflow modification for project admin

Hi,

As off the recent version it is possible to modify the workflow by project admins.

Although this is only possible if the project is the only one using the workflow.

I have been looking for an option to disable this and reserve this function for global admins only.

Anyone seen such an option already?

As workaround you could make a second project and link it to the second project. That way a project admin is also unable to change it. But this is not a perfect solution imo.

Regards

Dave

I don't see how you can do it with configuration only.

Is plugin development an option?

We've done something similar by jira-plugin, with custom JS that checks user permissions and hides the edit interfaces.

Plugin development could be an option if there is no other alternative.

But let's hope Atlassian add's this as an extra option in a next release then.
