I have Jira Core Cloud with 3 business projects. I'd like to send customised email to recipients list once the status is changed from ToDo to InProgress. My email should contain few custom fields from the issue where I change status.
Is this doable? If so, could you please explain me how, or pointy my into correct documentation.
Hi Robert, we have released our popular addon Email This Issue for JIRA Cloud.
It contains a workflow post function component through which you can send customized emails with custom fields.
