create issue notification not sending error queue

After emailing to an email account that will create JIRA ticket, the JIRA created a ticket.  However, the notification email (acknowledgement ticket creation) is not sent to the reporter.  There is an error entry in the error queue.

What is the possible cause of this issue (no notification sent after ticket is created)?

Could you investigate Atlassian-jira.log for errors?

I am getting the OS level access to get the atlassian-jira.log file.  Will share with you once I have the log file.
