change my base url

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Change your application or site name

Hi,

I've renamed my business and would like to change the URL address of my Cloud instance. For example: change "oldsite.atlassian.net" to "newsite.atlassian.net"

Is this possible without having to build a new site and importing?

Thanks

Hi Brian,

Please check this documentation. There's different approaches for Confluence and JIRA:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CLOUDKB/Changing+the+Cloud+Instance+URL+Address+or+Migrating+to+a+New+Cloud+Instance

Regards,
Renato Rudnicki

What Renato is telling you very gently is "No". You need to build a new site and import.
