can't creat any project as an admin after changing license

When I try to creata a project I get this error.
I can't find anything in the log files, Jira has worked in the past it just happened after we switched license name.

We changed the license to another atlassian ID.

Any idea how to fix this?

Hi! 

 

As I understand you have change from Software license to Core license.

is that correct? 

 

 

Looks like you are have you have 2 different server-id for diffent servers? 

Couldyou create a support issue? here: getsupport.atlassian.com

For double check your license status.

And Yes we had the server running with software and core on another atlassian ID. We didn't need the software anymore and changed the atlassian ID also

2. About license, you should set after migrate projects the license key.
