can some please provide me with a JQL to filter issues and show issue links/grouped by linked issues.

In addition, I would like to also allow for input parameters to be selected at runtime of the query

Hello,

The jql functions as the "WHERE" clause of a Select statement. You can't use it to group issues or make it dynamic.
