can i have different worklfows for tasks and subtasks

 what is the purpose of having more than 1 workflow associated with a workflow scheme. How does it work when a workflow scheme is associated with a project.

You use a Workflow Scheme to assign Workflows to Issue Types.

You can use a Workflow Scheme to assign Standard Workflow to the Task Issue Types and Subtask Workflow to Sub-Task Issue Types.
