calculated number field not working

I am having problem with calculated number field in Jira. I have a custom number field which everytime after the issue is updated/passed to another step, this number (entered by the user) will be multiplied by a fix value and the result must show to Calculated custom number field. İ am using this formula:

unfortunately nothing is calculated and the field is empty. Could you please help me?
