[board transitions] Unable to transition tickets through Kanban board.

Hey,

I have an issue currently where I am unable to transition issues through statuses via dragging the ticket between columns on our Kanban board. Issues are able to be transitioned by modifying the status on the tickets directly. The issue began after adding the analysis status to the workflow. 

A few notes on the board and workflow config:

  • The workflow is configured to allow all statuses to transition to all other statuses. 
  • The board is configured to only map a subset of possible status to columns. (See image below)
  • The Workflow scheme for the project is setup for the workflow (shown below) for all Unassigned Issue types. 
  • I am an administrator for this project, and have not made any recent modifications to roles/permissions. 

I have attempted to:

  • Rollback workflow changes
  • Recreate workflow scheme
  • Recreate Kanban board

 

Thoughts?

I've got the same issue, for me I can manually change the issue state using the "more actions" drop down on a task or the individual state buttons on the issue detail view.
