Within Portfolio, how do I assign existing epics to a new initiative?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Creating and deleting work items

I have just gotten the initiative field added to my workflow. I have over 200 epics already existing within Portfolio. How can I assign epics to the initiative?

Found it - you do so within scope / epic view. Still working on how to port this back to JIRA though...

Hi Paul,

I'm glad that you were able to find what you were looking for. With regards to bringing this data back to JIRA, this answer here might of use to you as well: JIRA Portfolio: How do you configure the issue link type is used for Initiative-Epic relationship
