Why does App Nav (hamburger bottom left) show 'Recent' projects user doesn't have permissions for?

When I log in as a user, you can see they have permission to view only one Business Project. If I click on the Application Navigator hamburger it expands and shows other Projects for our company the user does not have permissions for. See screenshot for reference.

I know how to edit which Application Links are displayed within that menu, but can't figure out 'Recent' list. Suggestions?

Hi Katie,

There was a suggestions ticket:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-26012 to address this feature.

However, there was not enough interest to warrant the change. Please refer to our New Feature Policy - https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/new-features-744721668.html documentation to understand how we prioritise requests at our end.

Access to the specific projects are controlled via the Permission schemes; so, even if the user tries to access a project in the Recents list s/he will not be able to access particular projects if his/her Permission scheme disallows it.
