Why are there no values in the sprint progress that shows To Do, In Progress and Done?

I logged into our JIRA space today and there now are no values in the upper right hand corner to show the progress of our sprint?

Hello Paul,

Yes we checked the admin.  Also we have the following showing the story points are set up to show:

1. Are you certain you've mapped statuses to one of the three states (To Do, In Progress,Done)?
2. Are you certain you have mapped statuses to board columns?

#1 is found in the admin>Statuses page.

#2...from the board, go to board settings and go to the Columns tab.
