Why Jira is getting expired within a month after purchase?

I had purchased JIRA in 10$ for 10 users last month. It showed that the subscription is for 1 year but now I am getting a mail that JIRA is getting expired in a month. Can you tell me why?

If you are on Cloud, the cost is $10 a month.  If you are on Server, running it yourself, then it's $10 for the year.

I suspect you have mixed up the types of offering.
