Why I can no longer get access to product?

Suddenly this morning several teams can't get access to our projects. I've checked all the users have the same range of permissions though no sprints/backlog buttons. When as admin I'm trying to manage product access page it says something went wrong. The billing plan is fine, with no debts.

Please advise what to do.

Problem seems to be on the second image. There should be groups that assign the users their license and that seems broken. If users don't have licenses they won't be able to use the Jira functionalities
