Which type of permission is required for defining the SLA? Can you please elaborate JEP field permission?

Hello,

You need to be JIRA Administrator to define SLAs.

In JEP Field Permissions page, you'll find some JEP tabs or fields which you can restrict to specified user, group, role, ..
