Where can I find linked issues in new JIRA view?

In Old JIRA view, 'ISSUE Links' were above 'Activity' or below 'Attachments'. Where can I find the same in new JIRA view?

The doc says that you have under the summary a link icon.

Hum, weird, according to the documentation the linked issue section has to be under subtask section. Can you provide a screenshot please. Are you in cloud or server ?
